Whenever you need help, one press of your lightweight, waterproof help button activates a small, in-home unit called a communicator. It puts you in touch with a caring Lifeline Monitor who talks to you to find out what kind of help you need.
He or she will call one of your friends, neighbors or relatives, "responders", who will come to your home to check on you. If you need more professional help, your Monitor will call for it immediately.
Also, if you press your button and can't speak, your Lifeline Monitor knows exactly what to do.

With Lifeline, your loved ones can rest assured that you're safe, secure and happy in your home. If you do need help, we'll call the right kind of help for you. It may mean dispatching an ambulance or simply asking your neighbor to look in on you.
