Registered Nurses
At CCR, our focus is your healthcare. A registered nurse will:
- Make an initial evaluation
- Develop your care plan to meet your individual needs
- Make regular on-site supervisory visits

Flexibility
At CCR, we’re flexible. The services we provide depend upon the individual
services you want or need. A registered nurse will visit with you and your family
to develop the plan of service. With advance notice, we can send someone to
your home 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We’re here when you need us.
Convenience
Through Carondelet Care Resources you can receive a range of care from licensed
nurses to in-home caregivers. We will assist you in coordinating care with intermittent
Medicare services and home equipment or oxygen therapy.

- Light housekeeping such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, bed changing and general cleaning

Specialty Services
Carondelet Care Resources’ professional nursing services also offer the

Respite Care
We can provide respite care so you can take a break knowing your loved one is
being care for by a qualified caregiver.
Availability
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
After Hours
- A staffing secretary is on call 24 hours a day for staffing issues.
- A registered nurse is on call 24 hours a day for clinical issues.
Payment
Charges and costs are explained before services are rendered. If your long-term
care policy covers private duty care or you are working with Worker’s Compensation
we can bill them directly.
