St. Mary’s Manor
Adjacent to the St. Mary’s Medical Center campus and just off I-70 and Highway 7,
St. Mary’s Manor is a faith based non-profit 132-bed skilled nursing facility providing
individualized care in a home like setting offering skilled nursing and rehabilitative services.
St. Mary’s Manor participates in Medicare, several Managed Care Programs, Medicaid and workmen’s
Compensation Programs. The Manor also offers Residential Care with a full range of services such as
medication distribution and three meals per day. Residential Care is located on the second floor of
the Manor with studio’s one bedroom and two bedroom apartments giving privacy and the added security
of staff twenty-four hours per day.
We believe in the sacredness of life and dignity of the individual. Our
commitment to care for the whole person, body, mind and spirit, is the cornerstone of everything
our staff does. St. Mary’s Manor maintains an employee retention rate of 96.6. Our low staff turnover
allows us to provide consistency of care to our residents.
We offer a full range of services including post-hospital or sub-acute,
respite, short and long term care, hospice, and an aggressive Rehab to Home program, offering both
inpatient and outpatient services. St. Mary’s Manor specializes in meeting individual nursing needs
which include skilled care, wound care and recuperative care. Specific rehabilitation needs are met
with physical, occupational and speech therapy. St. Mary’s Manor has a secure care unit for those
requiring Alzheimer’s or other dementia care.
We are a Parkinson Accredited Facility offering specialized training for our
staff on Parkinson’s disease.
St. Mary’s Manor offers personal and convenience services like spiritual care;
social services provided by qualified, full time social workers; recreational services; food services;
laundry facilities; a beauty/barber shop and transportation.
