Adjacent to the St. Mary's Medical Center campus and just off I-70 and Highway 7, St. Mary's
Manor is a 132-bed skilled nursing facility offering individualized
care in a home-like setting and full range of skilled nursing and
rehabilitative services. St. Mary's Manor participates in Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, and Workmen's Compensation Programs.
The Manor also offers Residential Care with a full range of services such as medication distribution and three meals a day. Residential Care is located on the second floor of the Manor with studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments giving privacy with the added security of staff twenty-four hours a day.

We offer a full range of services including subacute, respite, short and long-term care, hospice and outpatient therapy. St. Mary's Manor specializes in meeting individual nursing needs which include skilled care, wound care, and recuperative care. Specific rehabilitation needs are met in physical, occupational, and speech therapy. St. Mary's Manor has a secure care unit for those requiring Alzheimer's or other dementia care. Regular medication regiment reviews are performed for all residents. Mobile lab and x-ray services are also provided at St. Mary's Manor. Because we are located adjacent to St. Mary's Medical Center Campus, a host of other services are readily accessible should they be required.
St. Mary's Manor's newest program is ACE or Amputee Center of Excellence. This program is a joint venture between St. Mary's Medical Center, Carondelet Home Care Service, a prosthetic and orthopedic company and St. Mary's Manor. This program provides a comprehensive continuum of care with a team of providers who have expertise in care of the individual with an amputation. the amputee program serves both inpatients and outpatients. of personal and convenience services like spiritual care; social
services provided by a qualified, full-time social worker; recreational
