Congratulations to Pat Kelley, administrator of St. Mary's Manor in Blue Springs. The Activities Directors Association of Missouri has named her Administrator of the Year. Rhonda Sullivan at St. Mary's Manor nominated Kelley for the honor.
"I am so happy for her," says Sullivan. "She so much deserves this honor. She is so supportive of the residents, their families and the staff. Everyone knows her door is always open to them."
Sullivan says Kelley is so involved with what's going on at St. Mary's Manor and she encourages employees to be everything they can be. "She really is into teamwork and allowing employees to get involved in areas outside of their own departments."
Kelley credits her staff for the award. "It really is an honor, particularly because it came from someone I work with everyday. Rhonda said such nice things in her essay. I am what I am because of the great people I have working with me. That's really where it all begins and ends."
