Free Diabetes Fair at St. Joseph Medical Center

St. Joseph Medical Center is hosting a diabetes health fair on Thursday, November 8,

6-7:30 p.m. in the Community Center for Health and Education. Whether you’re recently diagnosed or have had diabetes for years, this fair is for you. It’s FREE and open to the public.

Come and learn more about:

• Blood sugar monitoring

• Continuous glucose monitoring

• Exercise

• Eye care

• Foot care

• Heart disease and prevention

• Insulin

• Kidney disease

• Medications

• Meters

• Nutrition

• Pain control

• Sleep Apnea

• Stroke and prevention.
