The Call-Ahead Mammogram program allows women to call and find a convenient time on the same day. The St. Joseph Breast Center is committed to protecting women’s health. We offer a multidisciplinary approach, providing the best technologies with the compassion that distinguishes St. Joseph Medical Center’s care. At St. Joseph Breast Center, we provide coordinated breast services that cannot be matched by an imaging or surgery center. From the moment an abnormality is discovered, we will work closely with you and your physician to quickly schedule needed diagnostic tests, often in the same day.
The St. Joseph Breast Center provides full range of services from screening and diagnosis to treatment, recovery, education and support. The center helps women going through each phase without delays in scheduling or referring and its comprehensive program includes dedicated technologists, radiologists, pathologists, surgeons, plastic surgeons and radiation and medical oncologists. A nurse navigator, a specialist in oncology and education, guides women through the process and offers emotional support and education.

The breast center also has a reputation for excellence in biopsy services. Other health care providers frequently send us patients who have suspicious areas that are difficult to biopsy.
