You can choose from the following membership options:

Active Members give regularly scheduled service to the health center or assist in the transaction of auxiliary business and donate at least 72 hours per year. Dues are $10 annually for individuals and $15 for married couples.

Sustaining Members are unable to volunteer on a regular basis but still maintain an interest in the auxiliary's purpose and activities. Dues are $25 annually.

Life Members make a lifetime commitment to the health center, its requirements and privileges, Life members may be either active or inactive depending on the individual's preference. Dues are a one-time donation of $250 payable over two years.
