About Carondelet Care Resources

Carondelet Care Resources is an established and reputable Kansas licensed home health agency, providing private duty services including nursing care, personal care, homemaking and geriatric care management services in the home of a client, at a hospital, assisted living or independent living facility. Our caregivers are licensed nurses, RNs and LPNs and personal care attendants who are trained to provide care for all individuals. Our staff is also trained to care for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s and other chronic medical problems.

We are affiliated with Carondelet Health, Kansas City and members of Ascension Health, the nation’s largest Catholic, non-profit health system. We are committed in our Mission, Vision and Values to provide compassionate, quality health care for body, mind and spirit. Carondelet Care Resources has been providing services in the area since 1987.

Our experienced staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, personal care attendants and homemakers is committed to continuing the tradition of excellent care Carondelet Health has become known for providing.
