Light & Easy: Low-intensity; slower aerobic movements; slow and deliberate stretching; gentle strength exercises

Interval Training: Excellent metabolism boosting class; low-impact warm-up, then alternating high or low impact cardio segments with strength and balancing exercises.

Cross Training: Step, low-impact aerobic, kickboxing and circuit intervals; props used to sculpt and tone; relaxing stretches

Step 'n More: Thorough warm-up, step aerobics, conditioning and stretching

Strength Training: Strengthens every muscle group; uses balls, tubes, weights; great compliment to aerobic workouts

Vinyasa Yoga: Mixed-level class; includes sun Salutations and vinyasas; eclectic style integrates yoga philosophy with Asana practice
