Cross Training
This low-impact class offers variety through circuits and intervals incorporating a variety of aerobic and strength training modalities.

Walk ‘n Tone
In this exciting class you will come together for a great warm-up,
a wonderful variety of low-impact aerobics with a walking emphasis.
Excellent conditioning exercises suitable for every participant
will be creatively weaved into this class. Taught by enthusiastic
and motivating instructors known for their personal attention to
every class participant.

Light & Easy
This low-intensity, fitness program enhances overall health with
with slower aerobic movements, slow and deliberate stretching and
gentle muscular strength exercises. This class is taught by the
one and only Maryhelen Masterson, who developed this program over
20 years ago and has maintained a strong following throughout the
years.

Strength Training
This wonderful body sculpting class is devoted to strengthening
every muscle group. With the use of balls, tubes, weights and your
own body’s resistance, you will see remarkable results. Great compliment
to your aerobic workouts.

Step’n More
This step class includes a thorough warm-up, a minimum of 30 minutes
of step aerobics, conditioning of the abdominals and upper body
and stretching.
