Hatha Yoga With Tom Jacobs

Through stretching, deep breathing and the art of relaxing amidst tension, you’ll enjoy this gentle, yet strength building class. You will want to make yoga an active and enriching practice for your daily life’s challenges.

Intermediate - Tuesdays, 7 - 8 p.m. / Tom Jacobs


Vinyasa Yoga

A mixed-level class with modifications for beginners as well as options for intermediate students. Includes sun salutations and vinyasa as preparation for a deep practice. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and challenge themselves while honoring any restrictions they may encounter. The style is eclectic and integrates yoga philosophy with asana practice making the class a moving meditation. Classes taught by Stephanie and Mick Goodman.

Wednesdays, 6:20-7:40 p.m.


Meet the Instructors:

Stephanie Goodman completed a seven month apprenticeship course with Saraswati River Yoga in New Hope, PA. This training included Asana, Pranayama and assists. Stephanie has a nurturing, hands-on approach to teaching that takes students to a deeper level of Yoga practice.

Tom Jacobs has practiced Yoga since 1979 and began teaching in 1998. Tom has taught Yoga and provided meditation workshops to over 5,000 participants. He encourages Yoga not only to reduce stress, but also as a way to bridge the Yoga experience with the hectic pace of daily life. Tom is sincere, humorous, down-to-earth and teaches Yoga with a nice blend of personal and professional style.
