Onsite health fairs are effective for providing health screenings and educational
exhibits to access health information for health risk assessments and providing
your employees the tools they need to make positive changes in their health.
Health Risk Assessments
Upon completion of a confidential on-line health risk assessment, your employee
will receive a Personal Wellness Profile which identifies areas of risk, provides
specific recommendations for improving health and can track yearly health changes.
An aggregate Executive Summary provides the overall health of your employees.
This information can then be used to direct and evaluate your wellness program.
Paper assessments and additional reports are also available.

Healthy Lifestyle Education
Our healthy lifestyle programs are presented at the worksite with additional
health coaching through phone and email. These programs are also available on
an individual basis through phone and email, perfect for small groups or employees
who are not in our general service area.

Wellness Planning Guide
This guide is an excellent resource for planning a year-long wellness campaign
based on the National Health Observance calendar. This guide provides monthly
themes and includes suggestions for on-site presentations, wellness promotions
and incentives, evaluation tools, and a video lending library.
On-Site Presentations
Offering a variety of wellness presentations in a 30-60 minute format is a simple,
effective way to provide education to your employees. Presentations are facilitated
by excellent educators with training and experience in the topic presented.

in the Wellness Planning Guide.
Wellness Education Center
Excellent for break rooms, employee cafeterias or near time clocks, this three
by four feet center is customized with your logo. Each month you will receive
an update kit that includes a new health poster and health education brochures.
The center includes a posting area for promotion of wellness opportunities and
to recognize employee participation and successes.
Consulting Services
Our wellness experts can provide an Employer Wellness Check-Up and Cost-Savings
Analysis. They will assess current wellness opportunities and make recommendations
for implementing an effective outcome-based wellness program.
